Shamima Begum wants UK trial and says her only crime ‘was travelling to Syria’

Shamima Begum, 22, who left Bethnal Green in East London, wants to come back to the UK to face trial after she fled the country for Syria in 2015 to join terror group IS Shamima Begum says she’s hopeless to come back to the UK and that her only crime was traveling to Syria.

The former Bethnal Green snip has spoken about her situation from the al-Roj camp in Syria, where she lives having been stripped of her British citizenship.
She fled the UK to join IS in 2015 and has now been barred from the country for life, according to also Home Secretary Sajid Javid.

Wearing a baseball cap, leggings, and a pink sweatshirt in a clear break from her formerly austere dress sense, Begum told Sky News that she did not leave Britain because she abominated it, but because she felt” veritably constricted”.

She also hit back at claims she committed atrocities with IS, suggesting they were”all fully false”.
As to what she’ll do if her British citizenship isn’t reinstated and she isn’t given a chance to clear her name in court, Begum said”there is no PlanB.”

Begum’s life in the al-Roj camp now largely revolves around reading books and eating polls with her womanish musketeers.
According to a confidante, she frequently hides herself down on a roof for weeks at a time.

She denied the suggestion that she’s suicidal when asked.

Begum has been indicted for suturing self-murder bombers into explosive vests-an an allegation she has denied.

She has preliminarily said, “ I know that I didn’t do anything in ISIS piecemeal from being a mama and a woman.”

In 2019, a counsel for Begum’s family indicted Javid of canceling her citizenship in a shot to foster his own intentions of getting high minister.
